Dream71 Bangladesh limited has started developing a system which is for integrating ‘Digital Service Delivery Platform’ for Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs. The overall objectives of this project are as follows-
- A uniformed standard and incorporated in a centralized platform;
- Easier and hassle-free single point access for Service Recipients through a single one-stop virtual access point in different platforms like Mobile apps or web or Call Center;
- Single sign-On feature for switching between the applications;
- Using similar and consistent technologies and UI among all applications and digital services;
- Centrally managed easier and less complex Operational, Technical management and Maintenance;
- One-time integration with internal and external systems to save time and effort;
- Ensuring efficient, organized, and easier Training, Knowledge transfer, capacity development.
